After finishing his studies, he became curious to learn more about the canning world, and he even had the opportunity to work in a factory for a year.

As I said before, he has plenty of youth, and he also has a lot of desire, a desire to do things well, a desire to do fresh things in an overly conservative sector, a desire to innovate and start over. They are faithful defenders of the quality of Galician preserves, which is why they only produce in the best factories around the Ría de Arousa. They feel a deep passion for the trade, for the people of the sea, for our estuaries, for our environment and for our tradition.
