JJ Mateos Blanco Verdejo It is a white wine made from grapes Verdejo sourced from our own vineyards, carefully selected at their optimal point of ripeness and harvested by hand.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, between 14 and 16 ° Cwith the aim of preserving the aromatic expression of the variety as much as possible. Subsequently, the fermentation process is stopped in a controlled manner to reach an alcoholic strength of 6% vol.lowering the temperature to -3 ºCwhich allows it to retain its fresh, fruity and slightly sweet character.

It has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is very expressive and vibrant, with intense aromas of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is balanced and fresh, with a pleasant sweet and fruity flavor that makes it very easy to drink.
