Description
To make a good vermouth, the first thing you need is a good wine. We use Albillo Real, a very aromatic grape native to Spain. It's deep yellow with golden hues, clean, and has a powerful tear. The nose is intense and complex, full of fruit, very elegant. We add a good selection of botanicals, herbs, and citrus fruits, chosen and combined in a balanced way, which we macerate slowly and naturally. And we finish by sweetening with Pedro Ximénez. The result... imagine it, or better yet, try it.
