Karmage with walnuts VEGGIE KARMA is a semi-cured vegetable cheese, artisanal, fermented and organic. Gluten-free, raw and healthy. Source of high quality protein,healthy fats, omega 3, 6 and 9, probiotics derived from fermentation, tryptophan, vitamin B1 and minerals such as copper, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus and selenium.

This semi-cured product contains nuts among its ingredients. These dried fruits contain high amounts of omega-3 (protective effect against cardiovascular diseases), and a significant percentage of Vitamin E, B vitamins, and minerals and trace elements such as phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc and iron.
