This Veggie Karma vegan semi-cured cheese with Provençal herbs is a karmage made with lupine, cashews, almonds and ferments.

It is aged for 5 to 8 weeks, during which the aromas of the herbs blend with its base of cashews and lupins. It has a mild, aromatic flavour with a slight touch of acidity. A great classic.

VEGGIE KARMA's semi-cured vegan cheese with Provencal herbs is a semi-cured, artisanal, fermented and organic vegetable cheese. Gluten-free, raw and healthy. Source of high-quality proteins, healthy fats, omega 3, 6 and 9, probiotics derived from fermentation, tryptophan, vitamin B1 and minerals such as copper, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus and selenium.

Additionally, it contains fine Provencal herbs among its ingredients, which stand out for their high content of fiber, calcium and vitamin C. The benefits that can be attributed to Provençal herbs are those of each of the plants that make them up. Thus thyme is appropriate in case of colic; rosemary helps recover from respiratory and digestive diseases, oregano reduces fever; Basil is antispasmodic and digestive; Marjoram is essential in aromatherapy and relieves muscle pain; Chervil is expectorant; tarragon has eupeptic actions; Fennel is diuretic and digestive and lavender facilitates sleep.
