VEGGIE KARMA's semi-cured vegan cheese with Provencal herbs is a semi-cured, artisanal, fermented and organic vegetable cheese. Gluten-free, raw and healthy. Source of high-quality proteins, healthy fats, omega 3, 6 and 9, probiotics derived from fermentation, tryptophan, vitamin B1 and minerals such as copper, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus and selenium.
Additionally, it contains fine Provencal herbs among its ingredients, which stand out for their high content of fiber, calcium and vitamin C. The benefits that can be attributed to Provençal herbs are those of each of the plants that make them up.
