As I said before, he has plenty of youth, and he also has a lot of desire, a desire to do things well, a desire to do fresh things in an overly conservative sector, a desire to innovate and start over. Innovation in gastronomy is very important to attract new generations.

They are faithful defenders of the quality of Galician preserves, which is why they only produce in the best factories around the Ría de Arousa. They feel a deep passion for the trade, for the people of the sea, for our estuaries, for our environment and for our tradition.
