Can Bech, a Catalan family business specializing in gourmet preserves, makes this sauce following the traditional methodUsing selected ingredients and careful processes, ripe tomatoes, breadcrumbs, toasted hazelnuts and almonds, dried red peppers, and oil combine to create a creamy, balanced, and deeply flavorful sauce.

Although it's the classic sauce for calçots, its versatility makes it an excellent accompaniment to grilled vegetables, white meats, fish, or even as a base for other dishes. An honest product, well-made and full of Mediterranean character.
