It is a sausage in natural casing and made with lean and fat 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork, chopped and marinated. Contains salt, sugars, milk proteins, spices, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-450ii, E-450iii), preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and coloring (E-120).
