Conservation and Consumption

    1. Store in a cool, dry place
Store your coffee in a dark place, away from direct light, moisture, and heat sources. The ideal temperature to maintain coffee freshness is between 10-20°C.
    2. Airtight container
Use an airtight container, such as a glass container or a vacuum-sealed bag, to prevent air and moisture from altering the flavor. This step is crucial to preserve the natural oils and prevent the coffee from losing its freshness quickly.
    3. Avoid refrigeration and freezing
Although some choose to refrigerate or freeze coffee, it is not recommended, as these processes can alter its flavor profile by absorbing odors and moisture. It's best to keep coffee in its original state at room temperature, in a place free from extreme temperature fluctuations.
    4. Do not over grind
Whole bean coffee retains its natural oils and freshness longer than ground coffee. If possible, grind only the amount you need for each preparation. Ground coffee quickly loses its properties and flavor after grinding.
    5. preferential consumption
Although coffee can stay good for a while, we recommend enjoying it at its best, ideally between 3 and 6 months after purchase, to take advantage of its freshness and complexity of flavors.

By following these simple steps, you can enjoy a Pico Supreme Always fresh and full of the vibrant acidity and deep chocolate flavor that characterizes it.
