On the palate, this caviar produces an explosion of sensations that capture the intensity and aroma of pure acorn-fed ham, along with the sumptuousness provided by the highest-quality extra virgin olive oil.
To create this haute cuisine product, a selection of 100% Señorío de Montanera Iberian acorn-fed hams with the Dehesa de Extremadura PDO has been used. Thanks to the technology developed by Caviaroli, their full essence is encapsulated in thin slices of Arbequina EVOO. This way, the flavor and essence of the most representative products of the Mediterranean pantry are concentrated in each of these tiny spheres.
This pack includes two jars of encapsulated acorn-fed Iberian ham (2g each), presented in a gift box. Use it to finish, decorate, and/or season a dish, similar to EVOO, to add the flavor of Iberian ham and a creamy touch to soups, creams, salads, fish, seafood, pasta, meats, and desserts.

Conditions of conservation: Dry and cool place (between 10º and 20º) and preferably hanging. Once cut, it must be consumed immediately or wrapped in wax paper or transparent film to avoid contact with air. In any case, it is advisable to cut only what is going to be consumed. It has an approximate consumption period of 3 months once the cut occurs, but it is advisable to consume it within 30 days.
