Our La Curiosa pate
They do not like to see pate as a substitute product or lower quality product
They see it as another format to consume quality canned fish and seafood
In other words, you can make pâté with the sardine heads or with the toasted sardine fillets.
The difference?
Cat food or a quality product with a certified origin
Same philosophy, but with a blender
Product traceability: Galician mussels, fish shops and products from the Burela markets (Lugo)
Without additives and without "things": they like labels with 5/6 ingredients and where the only thing that accompanies the fish or shellfish is a roasted vegetable or garlic sauce in olive oil. Just like your grandmother would!
KM0 products: From the tomato to the onion, they come from orchards in its surroundings, specifically from its supplier "Hortas O Salnés".
Quality: They seek to create a new category, make the consumer understand that a seafood pâté can really be a product of 10
Pairing: En Made in Spain Gourmet We advise you to taste them with toasted bread or a Paul & Pippa cracker. And Pair them with a good white wine Alvariño or Verdejo.
