When it comes to Iberian shoulders and hams, which come from animals that comply with the regulations regarding Iberian pigs, there are only 4 in all the world.

- DOP Los Pedroches: of the province of Córdoba.
- DOP Jabugo: of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, in Huelva.
- DOP Dehesa de Extremadura: where the million hectares of pasture that we have in Extremadura are an ecological paradise for our pigs.
