USE TIPS:
• The bacteriostatic activity of propolis is best demonstrated at neutral pH, therefore this honey cannot be mixed with very acidic products.
• Royal jelly is heat-sensitive and can lose its properties if heated. It is best not to use this honey on a very hot dish.
• The active ingredients in pollen decrease over time. As it is such a delicate, natural complex that provides the active ingredients of plants, it must be used without losing them and so that their effects are enhanced and not counteracted. Therefore, it should be mixed with minimally processed foods, without fat, acidity, etc. and added to preparations that can be consumed cold or warm (without overcooking).
APPLICATIONS:
• Add to the dairy products we consume on a daily basis (yogurt, glass of milk, cottage cheese, kefir…).
• Drizzle over chopped seasonal fruit, combine on skewers, dissolve in fruit juices (in place of sugar), make a natural jam (and instant jam, to consume immediately) by mixing crushed natural fruit and honey, use it in desserts or sweet recipes.
