This perfect combination that is produced in their fields, thanks to the natural mixture of the varieties picual and cornicabra.
EVOO with a medium green fruitiness. It reminds us of the leaves of the olive tree and the tomato plant, above all. In the mouth it is an EVOO that provides us with notes of soft bitterness and spiciness that caress our mouth and throat, being very balanced. EVOO with great personality and lots of body.
It has a very balanced flavor in which green notes of almond and banana stand out, accompanied by a mixture of aromas and flavors reminiscent of fresh fruits, a light flavor and smell of aromatic herbs.
It transmits a great sensation of density in the mouth, because it is fruity and aromatic, while presenting medium values of bitter and spicy, with a very balanced flavor.
It comes in a 3L PET bottle.
The olive trees from which this wonderful olive juice is extracted are centuries old and are obtained from organic production using the most sustainable and environmentally friendly method possible.
Currently, it is present in more than 25 Michelin Star restaurants in Spain, which argues that it is an EVOO of the highest quality.

Conservation: keep at cool temperatures, between 10ºC and 20ºC to maintain the ideal texture, keep in a dry place away from light. Once opened, store at 0-5ºC.
