Lover Dose Vegan Feta Cheese in Oil, unlike dairy cheeses and most conventional vegan cheeses, the base of this vegan feta cheese is created with lacto-fermented tofu (soy) and tempeh (soy that has also undergone a fermentation process), a legume of very high quality and protein content, which also contains all the essential amino acids (complete aminogram).
The calcium content of LOVER DOSE is very high thanks to the tofu.
LOVER DOSE vegan feta cheese contains sun-dried tomatoes among its ingredients, making it extraordinarily rich in lycopene, carotenes (vitamin A), and vitamin C (powerful natural antioxidants that fight free radicals and cellular aging). It also contains B vitamins and minerals such as iron, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium.
