Señorío de Montanera's 100% Iberian acorn-fed organic loin is based on a traditional recipe from Extremadura, with a completely natural and traditional preparation, without artificial additives or preservatives. Made from 100% acorn-fed Iberian pigs raised in pastures certified as organic farms, whose production helps preserve the environment.

Pure organic Iberian pigs are raised in pastures certified as organic farms, where they are fed with natural and organic feed before they enter the montanera, when they will only consume acorns and natural resources from the pasture.

Without external fat, the ecological 100% Iberian acorn-fed loin presents a red, slightly purple color when cut; with a sculpted marbling of infiltrated fat that makes it tremendously juicy. Its intense aroma reflects the purest values ​​of the pasture. And its natural flavor radiates a pronounced acorn flavor, which persists in the mouth with excellent quality.
