Ingredients: Refined sugar, cocoa, curacao, vanilla, citrus and other ingredients.
Preparation: The five times distilled spirit base is carefully blended with refined sugar, cocoa, curacao, vanilla, citrus and other ingredients in a secret formula developed by its master distiller. Aging The mixture is left to rest for a certain time to homogenize the liquor in stainless stills and, when ready, it is reduced to the final percentage of alcohol by volume before bottling.
CATA's notes: Bright golden colour. Very fragrant aroma with hints of cocoa and vanilla. On the palate it is sweet and complex with the presence of chocolate and toffee. It has a long finish.
At Made in Spain Gourmet, we recommend it: Ideal for enjoying with espresso and ice (called the Carajillo Cocktail, pronounced "Ka raa hee yoh"). It's also perfect served neat, either chilled or over ice, or in cocktails.
