Organic extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Arbequina olives from the Segrià and Les Garrigues fields.

Obtained by cold pressing and from a selection of early olives, it is an extra virgin olive oil with a high green fruity profile, with intense herbaceous notes and hints of tomato and artichoke.

On the palate it stands out for its spicy character and balanced bitterness, which make it a lively and expressive oil.

Kylatt, Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Novacoop

KYLATT is a 'Special Selection' extra virgin olive oil made from Arbequina olives from specially selected fields. Made from Arbequina olives harvested in early October at dawn to preserve their freshness, and cold-pressed immediately after harvesting.

An oil with aromas of cut grass, notes of almond, fennel or green walnut.

Crafting

Cold extraction, using only mechanical methods. Some of the editions are unfiltered to preserve the full intensity of the fruit.

El Molí d'Alcanó, from the Grup Cooperatiu Fruits de Ponent, keeps the spirit intact cooperative member, understood as the sum of the efforts of partners and farmers, in order to offer the best services and quality products. El Molí, which is part of the Camp d'Alcarràs Cooperative, this means that all the oils it produces are superior category extra virgin.

El Alcanó Mill It emerged in 2015 as a result of the acquisition by the Camp d'Alcarràs Cooperative and the SCCL Credit Section of the Alcanó Cooperative, as part of an inter-cooperation with the aim of guaranteeing the viability and future sustainability of this infrastructure, as well as that of its members and families. Since then, Camp d'Alcarràs and the Credit Section have carried out a renovation and modernization of the facilities located in the town of Alcanó with the aim of turning the oil mill into a standard of sustainability.

Camp d'Alcarràs and the SCCL Credit Section have a network of approximately 180 family members. The olive branch is a cooperative with a 75-year history that encompasses various agricultural-based business areas: fruits, nuts, grains, and olive oil. Its fundamental principle is the ability to serve its members and ensure the viability of their businesses in the future.

The earth

Former farming partners have passed on to current ones their love for the land, a land of olive and almond trees, the typical crops of the area. Product quality and excellence are two ever-present parameters at El Molí, as is sustainability, understood as the care of the fields and the fruits, as well as the entire production process.

The olives come from Alcanó and other municipalities in the Segrià region, such as Sunyer, Alcarràs, and Torres de Segre. This geographical diversity translates into a unique palette of flavors, reflecting the diversity and richness of the Ponent region. Every drop of olive oil from this mill is a testament to the region's unity and commitment to sustainability.
