Gastronomy with extra virgin olive oil.
One of the essential ingredients of the Mediterranean diet is olive oil. Due to its milder and less bitter flavor than other varieties, Arbequina olive oil is ideal for desserts and recipes with white fish. It's a suitable oil for seasoning many dishes, especially those with sweet ingredients. It's also one of the varieties recommended for frying: since it penetrates the product only slightly, the calorie increase from frying is considerably reduced.
