Aroma:
On the nose, this cava stands out for its elegance and complexity. It offers a first impression of ripe fruits, such as green apple, peach and citrus, accompanied by soft floral notes. After aeration, subtle bakery aromas appear, the result of its aging in the bottle, which provide additional complexity with hints of toasted almond and yeast. This aromatic profile reflects the long aging of the cava, which is usually between 18 and 24 months.

On the palate, Alta Alella Laieta is characterised by its freshness and balance. It has a smooth entry, with a fine, creamy bubble that caresses the palate. The acidity is well integrated, offering a sensation of freshness that is maintained throughout the taste. The flavours of white fruits are mixed with hints of dried fruit and a mineral aftertaste reminiscent of the coastal terroir of the Alella region, near the Mediterranean Sea.
