Fuet is a sausage in natural casing. It is usually covered by a thin layer of white mold that gives it that characteristic flavor. It is a natural, intense and tasty product made with the best quality pork that has been part of the exquisite menu of Casa Riera Ordeix products for almost twenty years. Fuet bastonet ingredients: It is made with the noble parts of pork - shoulder, bacon and lean -, sea salt, black pepper and natural casing. The drying process of the legitimate Fuet de Vic is controlled and can take up to three weeks. Free of allergens and suitable for celiacs.
