Punta Aljibe fish and seafood broth is made with fresh rock fish and crustaceans from the Bay of Santa Pola, Alicante. It is a 100% natural broth, with no additives, preservatives or added flavour enhancers. This product is ideal for preparing different types of traditional dishes due to its ability to enhance flavours. The quality fish broth for paellas can also be used in gazpachos, fideuás, soups and much more. A very healthy product.

They clean all the fish so that the flavor of the product is of the highest quality.

How to use

  1. Mix 1 can with 125ml of water (1/2 glass) and put on the fire.
  2. Sauté chunks (prawns, squid) together with 3 tablespoons of tomato, a diet of grated garlic and rice (300 g for 2 people).
  3. Add the broth (when it boils) to the pan and cook for approximately 20 minutes over medium heat.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within three days and store in the refrigerator or freeze and consume then. Before 1 month
