Its two partners, Montse Pinent and Albert Farré, combine perfectly, since each one has very well defined their task in the company, Montse is the commercial and Public Relations driving force, who develops the brand and its value, and Albert is the artist who knows the olive trees and their fruits, who determines which oils can be sold and which cannot, and their different categories.

Set d'Oli Since its inception, it has practiced organic farming on all its olive farms. Located in an area over 450m above sea level, about 10 kilometers from the Mediterranean coast, but with a notable influence from the sea, with a privileged climate. The combination of modern and traditional working methods allows the brand to obtain extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.

Its olive trees grow on the Mediterranean coastline, between the sea and the mountains. Next to these farms Set d'Oli It has a modern oil mill, which allows grinding to start right after harvesting and, therefore, to get the most flavor out of its oils.

Set d'Oli oils are the fruit of olives from 100% organic production, previously selected in successive tastings and coupages.

It is a range of limited production extra virgin olive oils, made with four varieties of olives. Starting with the Arbequina, with a fruity flavor and a great delicacy, going through the cornicabra, resulting in a very aromatic oil, the Hojiblanca, fruity and complex taste and, finally, the Picual, in an oil with a lot of personality and body.
