This is a Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), Products and Early Harvest de Gold The Path. It is one of those full-bodied oils, emerald green in color and certified organic production, with Designation of Origin Montiel field and with quality seal Field and Soul from Castilla La Mancha. It is a Coupage of 70% of the Picual variety and 30% of the Cornicabra variety.

This perfect combination that is produced in their fields, thanks to the natural mixture of the varieties picual and cornicabra
They make a Coupage in a traditional way with a careful selection of Picual (70%) and Cornicabra (30%) olives. Are 100% Ecological with a distinguished fragrance and genuine sensation on the palate.

 

Tasting Note EVOO Early Harvest 100% Organic

It has a very balanced flavor in which green notes of almond and banana stand out, accompanied by a mixture of aromas and flavors reminiscent of fresh fruits, a light flavor and smell of aromatic herbs.

It transmits a great sensation of density in the mouth, because it is fruity and aromatic, while presenting medium values ​​of bitter and spicy, with a very balanced flavor.

It is presented in an elegant 500 ml Premium bottle, made of dark glass to protect the EVOO from sunlight.

LA SENDA GOLD EVOO It began as a family project of the Jaime brothers, from La Solana, becoming owners of an organic farm. From a very young age they helped his father in the work of cultivating the olive grove.

Alfonso Jaime, his father, from a humble family, bought his first olive grove at the beginning of the 90s. That's where it all started. Little by little, alternating his work with the field, he acquired plots and always instilled in his four children the best way to work in the olive grove, taking care of it and pampering it to the maximum.
