Tasting Notes 100% Organic Picual EVOO

Deep green in color with golden highlights, this extra virgin olive oil offers a powerful and balanced aromatic profile on the nose, with clear herbaceous notes of green leaves and freshly cut grass, accompanied by fruity nuances reminiscent of green apple and banana.

On the palate, it has a robust and structured entrance, highlighting an intense yet harmonious bitterness and spiciness, typical characteristics of the Picual variety. Its aftertaste is long and persistent, leaving a fresh and slightly almondy sensation that invites you to enjoy every drop.
