Authentic artisan Manchego cheese made in Porzuna (Ciudad Real, Castilla-La Mancha) by a family business Villajos, with more than 25 years of experience

Milk and maturation

Made with raw milk from Manchega sheep, guarantees a firm texture and an ivory interior. Its artisanal curing takes place during for more than 12 months, reaching its full organoleptic expression
